The Shocker Select program offers a minimum 33 percent discount on out-of-state tuition for all residents of the state of Arkansas. Shocker Select students save about $6,200 each year.

Out-of-State Shocker Spotlight: Alexander Sterzing

Sterzing, from the Houston area, majors in aerospace engineering and works in the NASA Jump Start Program. He qualified for in state tuition through the Shocker City Partnership and felt WSU offered great value: low tuition for high quality programs.
