MHA students gain connections in the field

Students in health administration acquire real-world experience and exposure to the profession through practicum placement in a health service organization.

The practicum can be completed within the student’s local community, expanding opportunities for networking and potential career placement in a location of their choosing.

Curriculum

Students completing the MA in Aging Studies program can apply up to 12 credit hours to the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program. This allows students to complete both programs by taking 66 credit hours of coursework. The aging studies program must be successfully completed before the student can be admitted to the MHA program.
