Students coming to an ISLE program with an incomplete degree could transfer up to 12 credit hours. Students with a complete degree could transfer up to 6 credit hours. The Intervention Services & Leadership in Education (ISLE) department's vision is to prepare skilled, scholarly, and socially responsible professionals.

ISLE offers several graduate degree programs in Counseling, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, School Psychology, Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education, and Special Education. The Department also offers non-degree graduate programs and programs for those seeking licensure as a Building Principal, District Superintendent, or Reading Specialist.
