What is ProjectConnect?
ProjectConnect is an evidence-based facilitated program to help build social connection and community on campus. Students get to know a small group of 4-6 students outside of their social groups over the course of six 1-hour sessions to engage in a series of thought-provoking questions and fun activities. These sessions can be offered in-person or virtually.
98% of participants in this national program said they would recommend ProjectConnect
to a friend.
95% said they would like to participate again themselves.
Fall 2025 sessions are currently closed!

Loneliness and isolation represent profound threats to our health and well-being.
But we have the power to respond. By taking small steps every day to strengthen our
relationships, and by supporting community efforts to rebuild social connection, we
can rise to meet this moment together. We can build lives and communities that are
healthier and happier.
