Aug 15, 2014 — By WSU News Services — Wichita State University has completed an agreement with Extra Space Management Inc. to lease a parking lot at 21st Street and Oliver. The lot will serve as the university's primary park-and-ride option with quick WSU Shuttle System service to the main campus.
