Criminal Justice Reform

A capstone course is a course all CJ majors are expected to take in the last semester prior to graduation. The purpose of a capstone project is to allow students to integrate all knoweldge they have learned from the CJ curriculum throughout the years and thereby demonstrate an informed opinion on the most crucial topics related to the criminal justice system and the society.

In Spring 2019, students in the capstone course (CJ598), instructed by Dr. Yu, were required to create a video presentation on criminal justice reform. What is criminal justice reform? Why is reform warranted? Watch these videos to help you gain a better understanding, and see what our CJ majors think about reform.
