1)         Oversee state budgets and assist Dean with budget decisions regarding capital equipment, graduate teaching assistants, summer school, temporary instruction, and other operating expenditures.

2)         Consult with the dean on budgetary issues related to college personnel.

3)         Coordinate payment of external grant cost share and start-up funds with the Office of Research Administration.

1)             Consult with Dean to determine requirements and budgetary allocations for LAS faculty travel.

2)             Collect and evaluate all requests for faculty travel.

3)             Work with LAS Accounting Specialist to track and reimburse LAS departments for faculty travel expenses.

1)             Oversee collection and screening of curriculum change requests from departments and work with Chair of College Curriculum Committee to address questions and organize meetings.

2)             Evaluate/approve LAS curriculum changes by College Curriculum Committee.

3)             Work with LAS Assistant Dean and other WSU units to publish curriculum changes in course catalogs.
