How do you stay healthy during a busy day? How do you promote healthy foods to your patients?

One tip from Fruitsandveggies.org is to snack on fozen mango.  

  1. Because frozen fruits and veggies are processed shortly after harvest, they essentially "lock in" their vitamins and minerals.
  2. Frozen mango is pre-cleaned and pre-chopped allowing to easily snack prep.  
  3. Reduce food waste, by only preparing what you plan to consume.
