Our students’ success is important to us! We continue to provide students with high quality services to reach their goal of graduation. Our services are offered in person, by phone or remotely via Zoom and other online formats. Our office is open Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We are located in Grace Wilkie Annex RM 158. TRIO Disability Support Services (DSS) assists first-generation and/or limited income undergraduate students who have learning, physical, and psychological disabilities. Among the services we provide are academic support and tutoring, access to adaptive computer equipment and other services that enable our students to persist and graduate from Wichita State University.

Program Mission Statement

TRIO DSS assists and advocates for undergraduate students with disabilities through academic support, resources, and services enabling them to persist and graduate from Wichita State University. Qualified program staff protects the dignity and values of all DSS participants; encouraging and guiding them to successfully pursue a baccalaureate degree and quality employment.
