Each area of the university is assigned a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to assist the employees and leaders in their assigned areas to align with the business objectives of that particular area. Some common topics to discuss with your HRBP include department restructure, compensation concerns, creating a new position, policy questions, an employee resignation, employee promotion or transfer, managing performance, or training needs.

For all other HR related questions/issues – please use the following HR email boxes. The boxes are monitored by staff in the designated areas and you may expect a response within one business day. Contacting us by email allows us to track the types of questions and issues, along with the volume of each. This information will enable us to determine what gaps we have in self-service tools that will support our staff in a more efficient manner and be available to our staff when they want and need the information (not just when the HR office is open).
