Day 1 | Wednesday, March 22

Pokémon Go Meetup and Scavenger Hunt | 5-8 p.m.
RSC 1st Floor, Bluestem Lounge near the fireplace

PokéFest Day 1 will allow Pokémon GO fans to meet up at the RSC to mingle and get to know each other. Players can chat and play trivia games before setting off to collect badges from stations scattered across campus. Stations will be located at known gyms at Wichita State in the Pokémon GO app, with each station being correlated to a specific Pokémon that Players will discover upon arrival.

Day 2 | Thursday, March 23

PokéFest | 6-9 p.m.
Heskett Center Lobby & Esports Hub

PokéFest Day 2 will allow both casual and competitive Pokémon fans to mingle, play, and eat at the Heskett Center. Fans can participate in a Pokémon Showdown tournament using VGC rules at the E-Sports room, or enjoy the variety of Pokémon themed activities being held in the lobby. The current lineup of activities for Day 2 includes Pokémon UNITE battles, Trading Card coloring, Plant making, and an area for people to trade their own cards or Pokémon utilizing the HOME and GO app.

Pokémon Showdown Battle

24 team single elimination tournament utilizing the Pokémon Showdown Battle website. Tournament located in the eSports Hub. Review the rules for permitted characters. This tournament is for WSU Students Only. Check-in will begin at 6 p.m. and the first round will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The deadline to register is Tuesday, March 21.
