Sep 3, 2014 — By WSU News Services — The 60-member Wichita State University Chamber Orchestra on Monday embarked on a concert tour of the Pacific Northwest. The orchestra is performing music by Dvorak, Puccini, Bloch and Marquez under the direction of WSU associate professor of music Mark Laycock.

Lengeju has been writing a proposal to start a nonprofit – the Maasai Women and Girls Empowerment Project. This summer, she will travel back to Kenya to implement the first phase of her project.
