Alpha Eta is a prestigious honor society with an elite membership and it is the only
interprofessional national honor society for allied health professionals. Established
in 1982, the purpose of the WSU Chapter of the Alpha Eta Honor Society is the promotion
and recognition of significant scholarship, leadership, and contributions to the Allied
Health professions as well as to promote and support the vision, mission, and guiding
principles of the WSU College of Health Professions. The society is named for the
Greek letters equivalent to the first letters of Allied Health, which are Alpha Eta.
Our motto is “Together We Serve” and our colors are green and white.
