WSU Weekly Briefing Media Advisory

The Wichita State University Weekly Briefing at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, July 19) in the Marcus Welcome Center, will feature information from Aleks Sternfeld-Dunn, director of the WSU School of Music, who will make a major announcement about the augmentation of our athletics band program.

Tracee Friess, director of communications for research and technology transfer, will provide updates on President Bardo going to Washington, D.C., to address a Congressional committee later this month, the Wonder School opening in September, an update from the Provost's Office, and summer improvements at WSU.

There will be time for questions at the end of the briefing.
