WSU's Kansas Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will conduct training events to help Kansas businesses learn how to utilize an electronic bidding system for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). DLA's Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is the automated system for contractors to access information about solicitations which are in support of America's warfighters. The site is a gateway to find opportunities for selling food, fuel and energy, uniforms, medical supplies, and construction and barrier equipment to the Federal Government. Approximately 85 percent of the spare parts for the military fleet are purchased through this site.
By attending this Kansas PTAC training on DIBBS, attendees will learn:

- How to access specifications and drawings needed to bid on this site
- How to submit quotes
