Public invited to WSU Open House Weekend

The entire Wichita community is invited to a free weekend of events, food and fun during the Wichita State Open House Weekend, Sept. 28-30.

The weekend is highlighted by Friday's “Sip and See Party,” an event starting at 6:30 p.m. that includes a cornhole tournament, trivia contest, live music and food and drink available for purchase. Attendees will get a chance to see Braeburn Square, WSU's new, 20-acre development west of 21st and Oliver on the WSU campus, which will offer a growing array of shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Other weekend activities include tours of the newest campus buildings and the Pizza Hut Museum, Final Friday at GoCreate, the Shocker Store grand opening and more.
