U.S. Senator Jerry Moran – the ranking member of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice and Science – today announced he will host U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo on Tuesday, April 11 at Wichita State University.
Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly will also attend.
This event will include a tour of Wichita State’s National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR) beginning at 8:45 a.m., as well as a roundtable discussion on broadband and media availability at 9:45 a.m. in the Woolsey Hall Fidelity Bank ballroom. The roundtable will include business leaders and local and state officials.
