Eight Wichita-area car dealerships will have more than 500 used cars available on the Charles Koch Arena parking lot for purchase by the public 9 a.m.-9 p.m. April 18 and 19, at the Shock-Car Sale for Scholarships, according to WSU associate athletics director Brian Pracht.
