You may know that one in eight women will be stricken with breast cancer in her lifetime. You may not know that you can help these women and thousands of others in the fight against breast cancer. A dedicated team of WSU faculty and staff will participate in the Komen Wichita Race for the Cure on Saturday, Sept. 27. This year's WSU team was started to support Brenda Achey of the College of Fine Arts in her fight against breast cancer.
