Free six-week program to improve your health

Kansans Optimizing Health, a free six-week program to help you improve your health one step at a time, will be offered in September and October. Learn to control your pain; deal with fatigue, frustration and isolation; handle stress and relax; eat to live well; and more in two separate workshops at the WSU West Campus. Classes meet weekly from 5:30-8:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Sept. 23, or Wednesday, Sept. 24.
