Purchase Requisitions is presented in a half-day session. Purchase Requisitions and Self Service Requisition approvals training sessions are required for those responsible for creating online purchase requisitions. WSU purchasing procedures are reviewed as attendees learn to enter requisitions and use a variety of Banner application, query and inquiry forms.
Purchase Requisitions Refresher, 124 Jabara Hall

Purchase Requisitions Refresher is held in conjunction with the second half-day of Purchase Requisition training. This session is open to current requisition creators/requestors who understand the purchasing procedures but would like to review the Banner purchasing forms.

9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11
Self Service Requisition Approvals is a 90-minute session attended by those responsible for approving and creating online requisitions. Attendees learn how to review, approve and deny Banner requisitions using Self Service Finance. This session is required for new requisition creators/requestors.
Modular Messaging (Voicemail) on the Web, 124 Jabara Hall
2:30-3:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11
Learn how to use a computer to view and manage your voice mail messages and more over the Web. In addition, you'll also learn to use the Web client with a telephone. Feel free to bring your cell phone to the lab.
Student and Admissions Inquiry Options, 124 Jabara Hall
1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15
FERPA Training is required before taking this training. This session is designed for college and department personnel requiring access to specific Banner forms required to view student and admission information. Student related WSU policies and procedures are also reviewed to ensure compliance with FERPA "need-to-know" regulations.
Student Permissions and Holds, 124 Jabara Hall
3:30-5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15
FERPA Training and the Student and Admissions Inquiry Options Training are both required before taking this training. Student Permissions and Holds is designed for college and department personnel requiring access to specific Banner forms required to assign student registration permissions, electronic signatures and apply/release student holds. Student related WSU policies and procedures are also reviewed to ensure compliance with FERPA "need-to-know" regulations.
