WSU Center for Real Estate to release 2009 Wichita Housing Market Forecast on Friday, Sept. 12
Stan Longhofer, director of the Center for Real Estate, will present the forecast at approximately 1:30 p.m. He will be available for interviews after the meeting at about 2 p.m.
The 2009 Wichita Housing Market Forecast reviews current housing market conditions in the Wichita area and forecasts housing market activity through the end of 2009.
Advance copies of the report and interviews with the author will be made available to media outlets that agree to embargo the release of the study's information until 12:01 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12.
