Veterans Upward Bound, one of the TRIO programs at WSU, is offering free refresher non-credit classes to military veterans who are seeking or even thinking about post-secondary education. Classes will begin Monday, Oct. 6. These classes give veterans an opportunity to sharpen their knowledge and skill set for basic subjects before making the jump into college (2-year, 4-year or vocational technical programs).
