Anthropology professor Buddhadeb Chaudhuri of Calcutta University will give a lecture on anthropology and human rights at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in 100 Lindquist Hall. Coffee, tea and cookies will be served at 7 p.m. in the lobby. Chaudhuri specializes in human rights, envrionment and development, health and social science, medical anthropology and more. The program is sponsored by a number groups and organizations including the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, department of anthropology and the WSU Peace and War Group.
