A test of the Mass Notification System will start at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17. At 9 a.m. the mass notification boards located in classrooms, labs and hallways will scroll a test message that will read "THIS IS A TEST OF THE MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM." In departmental offices where a notification board has been installed, the message will read "THIS IS A TEST OF THE MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM." Staff in departmental offices also will be asked to send an e-mail to led_mass_notify@wichita.edu to acknowledge the building name and room number.
