Mark your calendar for the coming of Millipede, the latest sculpture by native Wichitan and internationally known sculptor Tom Otterness, on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The festivities begin at 2:30 p.m. with refreshments followed by the sculpture dedication ceremony at 3 p.m. on the Fairmount Street island south of the Ulrich Museum. At 4 p.m., the artist will give an illustrated slide talk in WSU's Campus Activities Center Theater. All of these events are free and open to the public.
