Institute announces recipients of pilot research program awards

The Regional Institute on Aging was launched one year ago today on April 4, 2007. On its first anniversary, the institute is pleased to announce the recipients of the inaugural Gridley Hoover Pilot Research Program awards. The program was established through the generous gift of Curt Gridley and Tracy Hoover to advance aging research at Wichita State. Those receiving one-year $20,000 pilot research awards are Elaine Steinke, School of Nursing; Deborah Ballard-Reisch, Elliott School of Communication; and Greg Meissen, Center for Community Support and Research.
