For the 2019 calendar year, the days in the chart above have been designated as state-observed paid holidays. All holidays will be credited to employees based on the number of hours they are regularly scheduled to work. For eligible employees, the 2019 discretionary day has been authorized and must be used between Dec. 30, 2018 through Dec. 28, 2019; employees working a Monday through Friday schedule should plan to use their discretionary day on or before Friday, Dec. 27, 2019.
