Rudd Scholars coming to WSU

The Rudd Foundation hosted a special event to celebrate the inaugural class of Rudd Scholars recently, all of whom will start college at Wichita State, Fort Hays State and Emporia State this fall. The recipients were selected from a group of nearly 700 initiated applications, with more than 100 of whom who had a 4.0 GPA. The 20 students selected for the full-ride scholarships averaged a 3.95 GPA and 27 ACT. Twelve of the Rudd Scholars will attend Wichita State and are virtually guaranteed the opportunity to graduate from college debt-free.
