Professor William Vanderburgh has been selected as director for the Center for Teaching and Research Excellence. Vanderburgh served as interim director of CTRE this past year and was chosen to lead the center in the coming years as the result of a campuswide search. Associate Provost Keith Pickus said, "Bill Vanderburgh brought a tremendous amount of energy and organizational skills to the job while serving as interim, and I am confident that he will continue to provide effective leadership in the years to come."
