The Kansas Board of Regents recently elected a new chair and vice chair. On June 12, the nine-member board elected Donna Shank of Liberal as the new chair and Jill Docking of Wichita as the new vice chair -- marking the second time in the Regents' 83-year history that two women have been selected to serve as chair and vice chair simultaneously.
