After spending the past seven months as the interim manager for the city of Wichita, Ed Flentje will return to the Hugo Wall School as a full-time professor. During the fall semester, Flentje will once again teach Public Decision Making. Regents Distinguished Professor of Public Finance Bart Hildreth also resumes his professorship in the Hugo Wall School after spending the past academic year serving as the interim dean for the W. Frank Barton School of Business. Hildreth is scheduled to teach Public Financial Management this fall.
