Many WSU faculty and staff have received an e-mail with the subject line "Dear Wichita Webmail user VERIFY." University Computing staff warns all users not to reply to the e-mail. It is a phishing scam designed to gain access to your account. University staff will never ask you to confirm your account information via e-mail, especially information about passwords, birthdates or other personal data.
