Bioengineering camp starts today (July 28)

More than 50 high school students are getting a firsthand experience at Wichita State's bioengineering camp today (Monday, July 28) through Friday, Aug. 1. One activity will involve maneuvering a manual wheelchair across campus in the sweltering heat to give students a fresh perspective on the difficulties facing people with disabilities. Students also will see the career opportunities possible in designing equipment that makes life better for people.
