Blue Cross Blue Shield has advised the State Employee Health Plan of a situation in which one of their members received a call at home indicating the person was calling on behalf of BCBS to conduct a phone survey. BCBS officials say that they do not currently have any type of phone survey taking place. Please be aware of this potential scam and be cautious about providing personal information over the phone.
