On Saturday, Aug. 9, your voice mail will change. Telecommunications has announced an upgrade to the WSU voice mail system for faculty and staff. The current version, Intuity, is long past its end-of-life date. The new version, Modular Messaging, offers many behind-the-scenes advantages. Basic features such as sending and listening to messages over a phone are similar. One of the most exciting new features allows you to access your voice mail on the Web.
