On Monday, Aug. 18, at 5:50 a.m., 7:50 a.m. and 9:50 a.m., KMUW FM89 will air Frank Dudgeon's interview with Sharon Iorio, dean of the College of Education at WSU, about the teacher shortage and Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education grants, which provide up to $16,000 for eligible recipients. They will also discuss the different skill sets needed by today's teachers as opposed to teachers 20 or 30 years ago. The interview will also be posted at www.kmuw.org.
