In honor of Teacher Appreciation Day, Abuelo's "taste of Mexico" restaurant at 1413 Waterfront Pkwy. is hosting a Teacher Appreciation Night from 4 p.m.-closing Monday, Aug. 18. The first 150 teachers will receive an exclusive Back-to-School Survival Kit. All teachers present can register to win a laptop computer. The event is sponsored in part by WSU.
