Gov. Kathleen Sebelius has announced the creation of a task force charged with crafting a new strategic transportation approach that positions Kansas for the future. Among the appointees is Wichita State's Bart Hildreth, director, Kansas Public Finance Center. The task force, Transportation-Leveraging Investments in Kansas (T-LINK), will work to develop a set of recommendations for a new strategic transportation approach.
