Three Wichita State University students were selected for 2015 All-American women's rowing teams by the American Collegiate Rowing Association (ACRA).

For their performances on the Shocker Rowing team, Bethany Hesse was named to the 2015 All-American First Team, Elisa Acosta to the 2015 All-American Third Team and McKenna Douglass to the 2015 All-Freshman team.

The accomplishment of these Shocker Rowers is significant because Hesse is only the second student from Wichita State to ever make the All-American First Team, and Douglass is the fourth to make the All-Freshman boat since the regatta began 10 years ago. All-American team members were nominated for consideration by their fellow athletes from the regional teams.

Criteria used in final selection were: 2,000 meter testing scores; performance of their crews; career racing results; accomplishments and leadership within their teams; individual performances and coach recommendations. Selections were made by the ACRA board of directors.
