Erbert and Gerbert's Bistro will open on Wednesday, Aug. 26, in the first floor food court at the Rhatigan Student Center at Wichita State University.

The restaurant serves gourmet sandwiches and soups, and will operate from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Fridays. This is the first Erbert and Gerbert’s location in Kansas. For more information about the restaurant, go to https://www.erbertandgerberts.com/.
