Wichita State's physics program has been accepted as an APS Bridge Program Member Institution.
Member status means the physics program is now part of a coalition of academic institutions that share a commitment to increasing educational opportunities for underrepresented minority physics students.
The application was put together in conjunction with WSU's Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
This program will help WSU build a physics program that’s welcoming to all types of students.
