The Wichita State University College of Education will sponsor Shock U -- Future Teachers Camp, a three-day workshop for area high school students interested in teacher education. The Shock U camp will run from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, June 1-Thursday, June 3, at Corbin Education Center at 21st Street and Yale on the WSU campus.

During the workshop, participants will discover the difference between high school and college, and what it takes to be a teacher. They will meet with education students, tour the campus and make new friends.
