Wichita State University has earned the No. 1 ranking of the Top 10 Happiest University Employers, an online poll by CareerBliss.

The poll results were compiled from employee surveys on the website. WSU workers gave the university an overall ranking of 4.29. The average of the top 10 universities was 3.946.

Wichita State scored best in the Growth Opportunity category, followed closely by Work-Life Balance.
