“WSU has always been proactive in embracing and meeting the educational needs of veterans, since the genesis of the GI Bill following World War II,” said Larry Britton, executive director of WSU’s Veterans Upward Bound program. “Wichita State University is committed to ease the transition of veterans from the community and from combat to a campus and classrooms dedicated to support those who served.”
