The Class of 2011 Senior Honor Men and Women at Wichita State University will be honored at a banquet Thursday, April 7, at the Wichita Country Club.

Five men and five women will be honored. Selection is based on a combination of proven ability as student leaders, personal character and dedication to Wichita State University and to the community.

The following Senior Honor Men and Women will be honored:

• Andrew Blakemore, 2007 graduate, Wichita High School East
• Gretchen Holthaus, 2007 graduate, Salina High School South
• Amy Nichols, 2007 graduate, Wamego High School
• Matthew James Onstott, 2008 graduate, Maize High School
• Aaron Christopher Shurtz, 2007 graduate, Northwest High School
• Erin Waggoner, 2006 graduate, Olathe Northwest High School
• Crystal Weippert, 2008 graduate, Garden City High School

Out-of-state honorees include:

• Kevin Matthew Allen Hall, 2007 graduate, Chatham Glenwood High School, Chatham, Ill.
• Graham Hatch, 2005 graduate, Mesa High School, Mesa, Ariz.
• Mary Elizabeth Hooper, 2008 graduate, Plano Senior High, Plano, Texas
