KCEE to offer free personal finance course to Kansas schools

The Kansas Council for Economic Education is preparing for a new school year by offering a new personal finance course with numerous online resources to all school districts in Kansas.

The course will be available at no charge.

KCEE is affiliated with all six of Kansas’ state universities and hosted by the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University.

While advocating for dedicated courses in high school, KCEE emphasizes the need to integrate economics and personal finance concepts into other subjects starting in kindergarten.
