Keynote speakers include Gary Plummer, president and CEO of the Wichita Metro Chamber; David Bossemeyer, managing director of business development for the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition; and D. Shawn Sullivan, senior vice president of tax services for Allen, Gibbs & Houlik LC.
