WSU Passport Acceptance Center to host Passport Day event

Wichita State’s Passport Acceptance Center is joining the U.S. Department of State in celebrating Passport Day 2013 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 9, in 112 Morrison Hall with an event to provide information and accept passport applications.

The event is open to the public.

U.S. citizens must present a valid passport book when entering foreign countries or re-entering the United States by air. Also, U.S. citizens entering the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land borders or sea ports must present a passport book, card or other travel document approved by the U.S. government.
