ACT Prep Workshop to be held at Wichita State

Wichita State University's Counseling and Testing Center is offering a workshop to help high school students prepare for the ACT from 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, Nov. 16, at WSU. The workshop will present general test-taking tips and practice questions for the English, reading, math and science test sections.

The cost for the workshop is $32. Registration can be completed online.

The next national test date for the ACT is Saturday, Dec. 14.
Students need to bring a pencil and a calculator to the workshop.

All other materials will be supplied, including practice tests.
